Sil Read is a mother, grandmother, author, coach, psychotherapist, and teacher.
She is the co-author, with her daughter Eliza, of Mothering & Daughtering: Keeping Your Bond Strong Through the Teen Years. For over 40 years she has guided women in healing their motherline, their relationship to their body and food, and to living a soul-led life with self-love at it's core.
She runs The Soul-making School, a Jungian-inspired program, where she teaches women about the healing power of feminine archetypes. She loves guiding them in finding the fierce inner loving mother within their own hearts.
